Additionally Christa Volles and her class of the Konrad-Adenauer-Gymnasium in Langenfeld/Germany surveyed the Churchday visitors on the issue of climate change. In autumn the students will plant more than 3000 trees near Cologne.

Besides schools, other organisations, like Connecting Youth or local Global Marshall Plan groups support Plant-for-the-Planet. Many, who were not able to take action themselves, donated money over the last weeks. A specialised forestry organisation will plant the first 1,500 trees in the next month....

Students of the Gymnasium Tutzing and the Munich International School sent one million flyers to 7,000 schools in Germany and launched this website. Everyone concerned about our climate can dedicate a pledge for a tree and later tto plant trees to a certain school and a certain classroom.
